Everyone in this internet world has multiple channels to access the Internet from different ways like wireless like Wifi, mobile data. When we talk about wired network things like Fiber optic cable, ethernet cable comes in our mind. Apart from Internet connectivity, we can say that there are many areas where we don't get the Internet. I am not talking specifically only about India. It is about all the underdeveloped and developing countries here in remote areas we don't even get mobile signals and just forget about fiber optic cable.
So to tackle this problem and help the people in remote areas. Elon Musk has started a project name "Starlink."
What is Project StarLink?
Project Starlink is a project from Elon Musk where more than 1000 satellites are launched on earth's lower orbit which will provide Internet on ground stations, terminals, and user terminals. In the batch of 60, these satellites are sent to the earth's orbit.
In simple words, we all know to watch tv on Tata Sky, Dish TV, etc. The dish antenna is a must. So keeping this same concept in mind now we can get access to the Internet as well.
How does this StarLink project work?
Here, so-called our dish antennas will be known as terminals. They can adjust their angle well as those terminals contain motors. The motors here give better connectivity for the internet which in turn leads to faster internet speed. There is some special equipment which we can connect with our device and we can experience the same fast Internet.
How we can use Project StarLink Internet service?
As of now, it is not possible to use it publicly but there some Youtubers who had shown how does it's Antennas and some parts as well.
What is the main purpose of launching this Project StarLink?
1. To connect the remotest part of the world with the Internet.
2. It will be going to be very cheap as compared to fiber optic cable.
3. You would be knowing that Elon Musk wants people to go to Mars. So whatever funds he will get from Project Starlink he will use it in the Mars Mission of SpaceX.

Elon Musk is a great guy and I liked the fact that he will be helping people to access the internet just like Mahavir pan from Nepal. He uses to provide Internet in hill areas with Solar panels. On the other hand Project, StarLink is very different. Here there is a terminal which adjusts accordingly and supplies internet to us. The cost of wiring, routers, mobile towers will get reduced drastically. Hopefully, this project gains huge success for Elon Musk and ultimately people will get benefits from it.
