Google Camera and its Advantages

We all know that in recent times the mobile photography has boomed a lot. The main reason behind the boom is two rivalry companies that are leading in the smartphone camera market. One is our Google and another is Apple.  Both of these use their software to optimize their image quality. That's the main reason why Google and Apple smartphones come with fewer megapixels like 12 MP or 16 MP when all the smartphone companies like Realme, Oneplus, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, etc. have 64mp or 108mp cameras but they fail to compete against Apple and Google in terms of image quality. So in this blog, I will cover what is Google Camera how you can use it in non-pixel phones.

1.What is Google Camera?

It is a camera that is developed by Google itself which contains some extra features like HDR enhanced, Astrophotography, and pretty different from what other manufacturers provide in the smartphone market. The basic interface of Google Camera looks like this.

Firstly head over to Google and type "Gcam apk for _____ phone "(Write your phone name). You will see the list of search results click on the link which you feel is perfect for your phone and install it on your phone or else you can refer to this link as well.

This is the photo taken from the normal mode of Gcam at extreme dark conditions.

Now Just look at the same footage when using Astrophotography mode. In this mode, it takes around 2 minutes to complete the shot but do sure to keep your phone on a steady surface and the result will be like this.
