CES stands for Consumer Electronics Show. So this year CES 2021 will be online due to Covid-19 but it's not that there were not many Gadgets or Robots or technology. Some excellent gadgets came from cool new startups all around the world. So let's have a look at the same. Have a look at Gadgets unveiled in CES 2021:
Samsung bot care:
It is a robot that is designed as an assistant companion and caregiver. The specialty of bots is that they analyze human behavior with the elements of Artificial intelligence and anticipate it's needed. These bots will remind you of certain tasks like stretching your legs after working on the computer for a long time, warn you about upcoming video conferences, prepare presentation materials and choose the best place for taking into account the lighting and background.
Samsung bot handy:
It is very handy as it is intended to be an at-home assistant. It's equipped with a manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom. A camera with a claw-like crip. It analyses the object and picks it up also recognizes its material as well. According to the company, the bot handy will be able to work autonomously around the house and do tasks like collect the dirty table and load laundry into the washing machine, etc.
Samsung smart Robot vacuum cleaner:
It is equipped with lidar for accurate three-dimensional mapping. These robots can detect their path avoiding objects like vases and confidently cleaning up the sturdier ones such as furniture.
Dual-arm robot with 2 arms:
ITRI applied technology research institute also introduced a dual-arm system. It is capable of performing delicate tasks like grasping fragile objects and playing the piano. Five fingers and advanced sensor technology and machine learning algorithms should allow robots to do a wider range of tasks in the future without special programming. So far the robot is a prototype but will continue to monitor its development.
General Motors:
It is a futuristic concept of a single-seat electric drone. It is from a company name The Cadillac E-Vtol at CES 2021. It is equipped with a 90-kilowatt hour electronic motor with four motors allowing each electric car to fly at a speed of 90 kilometers per hour. In the future, the company also promised to introduce a two-seat version of the drone as well.
Razor Brooklyn chair:
A gaming chair with transparent OLED that wraps around to fully immersive in the game. Its is a leather seat with Haptic feedback with RGB lights because well it is a razor and we have seen a quite a lot smartphone from Razor having such RGB lights.
LG transparent OLED display:
There two versions of TV. One rolls up from the foot of the bed with a size of 55 inch Screen. The other version is at the restaurant partition at the sushi bar where you can watch your videos while you wait for your food. There is even a subway train window screen to show you the weather, news, or maps while you take the views on the outside.
LG Rollable phone:
LG showed the quick sneak peek concept of a rollable phone and a company named TCL also has its Rollable phone that goes from a 6.7-inch display to a 7.8-inch tablet.
N95 mask from Razer:
It's no surprise that pandemic tech is the big thing this year as Razor introduced a new n95 mask. This project is known as "Project Hazel" which is an N95 mask but also contains a feature like audio processing pods to make sure your voice isn't muffled. It also contains a sterilizing case.
UBTECH ADIBOT:
UBTECH also showed an ADIBOT. It is a robot designed to work around the workspace or schools and disinfect them with UV light.
Samsung upcoming TVs:
Samsung revealed its whole new Neo QLED 8K TV that promises 4k and 8k resolutions on higher QLED models called Neo QLED. They have also optimized the next-gen console like ps-5 and Xbox series x and there is even an option to attach a camera where you can do your online classes as well.
Asus Zenbook Duo:
At every CES event, we get to see the innovative laptop. So this time Asus has joined the party by revealing its Zenbook Duo. It got a smaller screen and lighter than other laptops with dual display. The second screen is pretty versatile where you can scrub along with the footage of video in video editing software like premiere pro and can control parts of your image in Photoshop.
Kohler Stillness bathtub:
There is a bathtub and it uses light frog and aromatherapy to bring the spa experience to you. It cost around $6000 to $16000.
